Many of us know about the the notorious Sweeney Todd that slices his enemies necks and turns them into pies. As the show was performed close to Halloween The Cleveland State Department of Theatre and Dance believed that this would be an extraordinary show to put on, and it sure was. With four out of the eight performance being sold out at the Allen Theatre in Playhouse Square, the audience loved the thrill and gore of the plot. Keeping the audience on the edge of their seats, the standing ovation at the end of the show is one of the many examples as to what the show encompassed.
